my pc has been sent bak 2 muar 4 repairing..
n it was like... 2 weeks ago..
wat's taking them so long...
been using my cousin laptop these few days..
n the bad news is..
he's gonna bring it bak home too!!!
cuz he's on holiday..
arggh.. how m i gonna survive til my pc gets back?

menu was rather simple..
simpler than i tot it wud b..
mayb chef sked we cannot do too detailed stuff..

-free ranged chix breast wif edamame
-choc terrine..

n our bistro is open 4 ala carte too..
so, hired sum part timers.. service n kitchen..
service staff.. most of them were fr shatec..
kitchen.. lol.. the most free person.. wye chuen.. n sacha too
they came n help us out..
but feel sry 4 them..
they seems so boring.. haha.. nth 2 do like that..

weather was good all dae..
until b4 dinner service..
suddenly dark clouds came..
n lightning strikes.. all of us was struck by it..
a few times..

cuz yestdae.. the 1 she do break cuz heat too high..

quite nice.. i like it..

going 4 california raisins competition..
made a vanilla parfait wif rum soaked natural raisins..
Linda gave a lot of advice..
which is really good.. she's good wif pastries..
i hav no idea dessert is so hard 2 make.. lol..

1st time make parfait. but hey..
quite nice lo.. texture n taste was good...
da only thing is.. it takes too long 2 freeze up..
da comp only 75 mins..
hatta change da mould 2 smaller 1..
o change the entire recipe..
