smell of shells..

today's work..
'operate' some lobster 4 dinner's complimentary dish
total of 74 nos..
(buffet at 333 offers a comp lobster dish 4 every1)
took me 1 hr 13 mins o so 2 finished it.. clap clap.. super fast ok..
then nth 2 do, i help chef go banquet 4th flr steam jumbo prawn..
bout 5-6 inches a prawn..
4 trays al2gether..
steam 4 12 mins..
then went bak n 'operate' the prawn..
need to chop it 2 half n put sum stuff on then gratinate them..
do half way.. 430pm ady..
time's up.. makan time..
in the lift 2 basement...
urghh.. wat a bad smell..
it was my uniform.. @#$%ing smelly..
smells like....
like..
like prawn n lobster lo..
haha.. but wat 2 do.. hardworking ma.
then.. got a sudden feel of 'richness'..
mayb ppl wil think i si be rich le.. everyday eat lobster.
