bout... work ba..
nth much to say other than work life...

work.. was ok...
the thing is.. everydae... we're like a weather forecaster..
every morning b4 stepping in da kitchen..
we hatta predict the weather..
windy? cloudy? sunny? lightning storm?
hmmmm... mostly cloudy.. wif lightning storm approaching..

yea.. todae we got a 'big' function...
80pax set meal..
menu was rather simple..
simpler than i tot it wud b..
mayb chef sked we cannot do too detailed stuff..
3 course..
-portobello mushroom salad
-free ranged chix breast wif edamame
-choc terrine..

n our bistro is open 4 ala carte too..
so, hired sum part timers.. service n kitchen..
service staff.. most of them were fr shatec..
kitchen.. lol.. the most free person.. wye chuen.. n sacha too
they came n help us out..
but feel sry 4 them..
they seems so boring.. haha.. nth 2 do like that..

weather was good all dae..
until b4 dinner service..
suddenly dark clouds came..
n lightning strikes.. all of us was struck by it..
a few times..
