todae was quite alrite..
18 pax only..
CJ came again..
same o same o..
1 gril asparagus, 1 seared tuna, 1 mushroom/duck terrine..
standard... lol..

after lunch..

lol.. then jack went 2 da pantry n start makin marble cake..
cuz yestdae.. the 1 she do break cuz heat too high..
todae.. she make banana & choc marble cake..
quite nice.. i like it..
i like banana... lol..

nth 2 do.. i try out my recipe..
going 4 california raisins competition..
made a vanilla parfait wif rum soaked natural raisins..
Linda gave a lot of advice..
which is really good.. she's good wif pastries..
i hav no idea dessert is so hard 2 make.. lol..

1st time make parfait. but hey..
quite nice lo.. texture n taste was good...
da only thing is.. it takes too long 2 freeze up..
da comp only 75 mins..
hatta change da mould 2 smaller 1..
o change the entire recipe..
